Dr. Louise MetcalfCapability Building and Training Manager

    Louise has spent 15 years working in the field of Organisational Psychology, change and leadership. She is a highly respected member of the College of Organisational Psychologists in Australia, and an international author of papers on sustainability and leadership. She has been published in the Journal of Business Ethics and awarded for her work on leadership by the Australian Psychological Society.

    She has consulted with several hundred organisations on engagement, change, leadership and sustainability. She is also a regular guest lecturer in MBA and Masters of Organisational Psychology programs in many universities in Australia. Louise has conducted leadership and change projects for an extensive number of organisations across a broad range of industries.

    Louise will help develop criteria for the needs assessment as well as the methodology and manage stakeholder assessment. Louise will lead the development of the community profile report as well as the development of the communities in transition training. Together with other team members, Louise will accompany leaders out into the community to have conversations with community members about their aspirations for the future of their community in the context of global decarbonisation.
